• Cash on Delivery (COD)

Delivery charges and applicable COD charges are payable by the customer unless specifically stated otherwise.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

After receiving your order, we may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details.

An order is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted and processed by The She Shop.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

• Pricing or product listing errors

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

• Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders

• Any other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order

If an order is cancelled after an advance payment has been received, any eligible refund will be handled according to our refund policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

This includes:

• Full name

• Correct phone number

• Complete delivery address

• City

• Any other information required for successful delivery

The She Shop will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery time communicated to the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier company's service and schedule.

The She Shop is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and locations.

Customers are required to provide accurate contact and delivery information and accept the parcel when delivered.

Repeated refusal, non-acceptance, or cancellation of COD orders after dispatch may result in COD restrictions or refusal of future COD orders.

Any applicable delivery and COD charges will be payable by the customer.

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For orders that have already been shipped, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping or other charges.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect-product claims, a parcel opening video is mandatory.

The video should clearly show the parcel being opened from its original sealed condition.

Without a valid parcel opening video, The She Shop may not be able to approve a return, refund, or exchange claim.

For approved exchanges, applicable delivery/shipping charges may be payable by the customer according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Sale & Clearance Products

Sale, discounted, and clearance products may be subject to special terms.

Unless otherwise stated, sale and clearance products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where an incorrect, damaged, or defective product has been delivered and the claim meets the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, free shipping offers, and other campaigns may have specific eligibility requirements and expiry dates.

Only one promotional offer may be applicable per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
